Depending what is available in stock- some items might come in CAD1 (silver colored) or CAD2 (gold color) 

We ship through UPS and U.S. Priority Mail. Shipping will be calculated as follows:

USPS Ground Advantage - $8, Flat rate Sm./Med./Lg. - $12, $20, $26  UPS -Determined size+weight+value

Insurance will be added to all USPS shipments over $100 in accordance with USPS rates
